Shipping policy

 🕛 Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 2~7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Processed and shipped within 7~14 business days after order confirmation. Some highly customized, especially personalized phone cases, may take up to 30 business days, depending on the complexity and curing time to ensure quality.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require advance reservation and may include products that are temporarily out of stock or not yet released. If the item is out of stock, it will be shipped once new inventory arrives. If the item is not yet released, it will be shipped after the official release date. Once the product becomes available, your order will be processed and shipped within 2~7 business days.
  • Special Orders: Usually take 4-8 weeks to process, depending on supplier availability or import arrangements. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be shipped immediately. 
  • Mixed Orders: If your order includes any pre-order/special order/out of stock/custom order items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship the entire order together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items first, please place two separate orders. An additional shipping fee will apply for the separate shipment.

Due to inventory fluctuations, some items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

📮 Estimated Delivery Times

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5~15 business days

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

🌍 International Customs & Duty Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may apply once the order has reached its destination, except for orders shipped to the United States.

Effective Oct 1, 2025, for orders shipped to the United States, all applicable duties, tariffs, and import fees are included in the shipping price. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery. 

↩️ Returned to Sender/ Refused Shipments

  • Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to our warehouse.
  • All returned packages will be processed as returns.
  • Refunds (minus return shipping charges) will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Cancellations only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Shipping addresses changes cannot be made after 24 hours.
  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address.
  • During peak production periods or for highly customized items, shipping may take slightly longer – we'll keep you updated on your order’s progress.
  • Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
