Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@vboutiquestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
*Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We only accept change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as orders may have already been processed or prepared for shipment.
Pre-order and Special Order items begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as they may already have been submitted to the manufacturer. If a cancellation is exceptionally approved after 24 hours, a mandatory 25% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover supplier charges, shipping costs, and non-refundable payment processing fees.
For regular items, if a cancellation is exceptionally approved after 24 hours, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction fees.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@vboutiquestudio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, customization, promotional pricing, and the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable and final sale:
- Press-on nails
- Personalized or Custom-made items
- Special Order / Pre-Order items
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a coupon code)
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of Canada are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Items such as press-on nails, custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal due to hygiene, personalization, or the non-refundable nature of the product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
